TERMS

You are permitted to use the images and videos you license in any way you want on the websites you register with us in the License Agreement. Each order comes with five (5) domains. You can make banners, create tours, re-compress, and resize the images or the videos. You are also permitted to use the content on a limited basis for TGPs and Hosted Galleries, per the terms of the licensing agreement.

Orders are shipped via FedEx on DVDs or portable hard drives. We also allow some orders (depending on size) to be either downloaded or we will upload via FTP to your server. Upon receipt of your order, you will automatically receive an Invoice via E-Mail, so when filling out your information at checkout please be sure to include your correct E-Mail address. The Invoice will include your total, we accept payment via check, money order or bank wire. Upon receipt and clearing of payment, your order is shipped or available for download/upload.

For domestic orders in the US, add $20 for FedEx shipping. For all overseas orders, add $40 for FedEx International shipping and insurance.

 

Refund/Exchange policy: In general once you have received your order we will not allow for any refunds of purchases. Once you receive or download content and are in possession of both content and 2257 data, we will not allow any refunds. All sales are final on delivered and downloaded content. If you are unhappy with the content you ordered, under some circumstances we may permit an exchange for content of equal value. If you ordered content and it was never delivered at any time, then under that circumstance we will permit a refund. If you ask for an exchange and receive new content, and have been found to be using both the new content as well as "exchanged" content, your license will be terminated and you will  be subject to damages in a court of law.
